4. Repayment

You agree to repay your loan according to the terms outlined in your loan agreement. Payment will be automatically withdrawn from your designated bank account on the due date unless alternative arrangements have been made.

5. Default and Collection

If you fail to make payments as agreed, we may:

  • Charge late fees as permitted by state law
  • Report delinquent accounts to credit bureaus
  • Initiate collection proceedings
  • Take legal action to recover amounts owed

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Limitation of Liability

EzCash Loans shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.
